Major Characteristics of the Dogue de Bordeaux
Ever since the first Dogue de Bordeaux, people have admired their protective tendencies. This trait could be attributed to their history of working as guard dogs or hunting companions for their families, but may also be due to their naturally stocky build that allows them to be courageous in the face of possible dangers. It is because of this devoted nature that makes the Dogue de Bordeaux a dependable and alert addition to your family.
Another characteristic of the Dogue de Bordeaux is their loving and warm-hearted personality, especially towards those close to them. A lot of people are frightened when they first meet this dog, as they are often intimidated by their size, but those who own one will tell you they have nothing to worry about.
